1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the use of the https://gowebs.co.za website and the services provided by Go Webs Digital Solutions ("Go Webs", "we", "us"). By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Services and quotations

Go Webs provides web design, ecommerce development, managed hosting, website maintenance, SEO services, brand identity design, and custom digital systems.

Every project is scoped and quoted individually. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued and are based on the requirements discussed at the time of enquiry. Scope changes may affect the quoted price and timeline.

Work begins only once a quotation has been accepted and any agreed deposit has been received.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to content, images, feedback, and approvals required to complete the project. Project timelines depend heavily on this, and delays in feedback may delay launch.

You confirm that any materials you supply (text, images, logos, data) are yours to use or are properly licensed for the intended use.

4. Payment

Payment terms, including deposits, milestones, and balance due dates, are set out in your accepted quotation or signed agreement.

Recurring services such as hosting and maintenance are billed according to the agreed plan cycle and continue until cancelled with reasonable notice.

5. Hosting, maintenance, and renewals

Managed hosting includes server provision, routine backups, monitoring, and support as described on the relevant service page. It does not include unlimited development time unless a maintenance plan is in place.

Domain names and third-party licences (email, platforms, plugins) remain your property and responsibility to renew, even where Go Webs assists with management.

6. Intellectual property

On full payment of the agreed fees, the final delivered website design and content become your property.

Go Webs retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing before launch.

Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general code patterns used to build your site remain licensed to you for use with your website.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to host unlawful content, engage in fraud, send spam, or infringe the rights of others. We may suspend services that expose our infrastructure or reputation to risk, after reasonable notice where practicable.

8. Limitation of liability

We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. However, we cannot guarantee specific search rankings, sales outcomes, or that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Go Webs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services or website.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
